When a security or operational incident affects user data or funds, KIBOV aims to contain, eradicate, and recover according to internal playbooks and regulatory duties where applicable.
Notification
Notifications may be delivered in-app, by email, or via a status page if published. Not all incidents require public disclosure; thresholds depend on law and risk.
Availability
The platform aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance windows may occur with advance notice when feasible.
Your responsibilities
Protect credentials and seed material. Report suspected account compromise immediately via Support.
Regulatory and legal refinement. Breach notification timelines must comply with applicable data-protection and financial regulations.
