Subscription & commitment
Subscription is the process by which an eligible investor commits capital to a credit pool in accordance with that pool’s terms. Mechanics may include stable-value settlement on supported networks, treasury routing, and post-trade allocation rules.
Minimums and increments
Minimum subscription amounts and tick sizes (if any) are shown in-app per pool and may change between programs or vintages. Do not rely on examples in this documentation as financial commitments.
Settlement & confirmation
Settlement paths depend on the configured rails (e.g., approved stable-value assets on supported chains). Confirmation may require on-chain finality and internal reconciliation. Failed, delayed, or reversed transfers may affect allocation timing; pool documents describe consequences.
Cancellations and refunds
Whether a commitment can be withdrawn before closing, and how refunds are processed, is governed by pool rules and applicable agreements—not by this overview.
