Conflicts of interest

Multiple roles—such as platform operator, service provider, liquidity facilitator, or related-party originator—can create conflicts of interest. KIBOV is designed to identify, disclose, and manage such conflicts in line with institutional expectations.

Identification

Conflicts may arise in fee structures, related-party servicing, incentive alignment of utility tokens, or allocation decisions across pools.

Mitigation (examples)

• Disclosure in pool and corporate materials.
• Governance and approval workflows for related-party transactions where implemented.
• Segregation of duties and operational controls subject to audit.

No elimination statement

Conflicts cannot be eliminated entirely. Investors must read all disclosures and seek independent advice.
