$KIBO is an ecosystem utility token used within the platform’s internal swap and incentive design where configured. It is not a deposit, equity, or guarantee of returns.

Permitted framing

• Internal liquidity support within platform rules.
• Participation in governance or incentive programs only if and as disclosed in official materials.
• Technical settlement on supported networks subject to risk disclosures.

Boundaries

• Not a general-purpose “secondary market” vehicle for underlying credit claims.
• Not a substitute for compliance with securities laws where applicable.
• Volatile — token prices can fluctuate independently of pool performance.

Use only supported wallets and networks. Loss of keys may be irreversible.
