How it works
KIBOV is an institutional credit-backed Real World Asset (RWA) platform. It supports the tokenization and administration of credit pools backed by eligible receivables and related cash flows, with Web2.5 identity and compliance controls bridging institutional processes and on-chain settlement where applicable.
Nothing on this page is an offer to sell or a solicitation. Access is limited to qualified institutional and accredited investors where permitted.
High-level lifecycle
- Onboarding & verification — Identity and institutional checks (KYC/KYB) aligned with platform rules and applicable law.
- Pool discovery — Review pool-level disclosures, risk factors, and terms presented in-app for each program.
- Subscription / commitment — Express interest and complete funding steps according to pool rules and settlement rails configured for the program.
- Hold to maturity — Positions in underlying credit instruments are generally intended to be held to maturity unless a permitted liquidity or transfer mechanism applies under platform rules (not a public market for underlying claims).
- Cash flows & distributions — Collections and waterfall mechanics are described at pool level; timing and form may depend on servicer reporting and smart-contract configuration.
- Reporting & audit support — Operational and, where applicable, on-chain references support institutional oversight.
Web2.5 bridge
The platform uses a verified institutional identity layer (including wallet linkage where required) so that off-chain compliance decisions can be enforced consistently with on-chain settlement constraints—without exposing unnecessary personal data on-chain.
