FAQ

Who is KIBOV for?

Institutional and accredited investors seeking regulated-style access to credit-backed RWA programs administered on-platform, subject to eligibility and jurisdictional rules.

Is this an offer or investment advice?

No. Documentation and in-app materials are not an offer to sell or a solicitation where prohibited. They are not investment, legal, or tax advice.

How do credit pools work?

Pools represent programmatic exposure to defined asset and servicing rules. Economics, fees, and risk factors are disclosed per pool. Underlying instruments are generally subject to hold-to-maturity expectations unless a platform-allowed liquidity or transfer path applies.

What is “platform liquidity”?

Where available, platform liquidity refers to internal mechanisms (including utility-token swap features) that operate within platform rules. It does not describe a public secondary market for underlying credit claims.

Authoritative documents—including terms of service, privacy policy, risk disclosures, and pool-specific supplements—are available in the in-app legal suite and should be read alongside this documentation.

How do I get support?

See Operations → Support & service levels for channels and expected response norms (targets, not guarantees, unless contractually agreed).

Regulatory and legal refinement. Answers are summaries. Conflicts are resolved in favor of executed agreements and counsel-approved disclosures.
